At Organization Development Consultants, Inc. (ODC), we believe that every organization has the potential for sustained greatness. In our opinion, the quality of organizational performance is principally driven by the quality of leadership performance.

This video series will take on the concept of leadership as a principal driver of organization development. We believe that the quality of organizational effectiveness is driven by the quality of leadership effectiveness. From our way of thinking, investing in the ongoing development of leaders is an ongoing investment in the development of the organization.
