It has been said that in an Information Age, the illiterate
are not those who cannot read or write, but rather those
who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn. We agree with
this statement and believe that within lies a very powerful
performance key.
• Needs Assessment
In order to understand the context in which learning
will occur, we study and analyze the work environment,
the learners, and the organizational infrastructure
that supports them.
• Instructional Design
We are seasoned and experienced training and development
professionals. Adult learning is our passion and our
forte. You can count on the fact that the courseware
we develop will be current and relevant, and have impact.
• Delivery
We offer three learning approaches:
1. Performance Coaching
One-on-one assistance is offered in which personalized
developmental counsel and feedback are provided.
2. Workshops/Seminars
Our curriculum contains over thirty field-tested courses
that vary in length from two to eight hours.
3. Performance-Based Instruction
For maximum effect, we develop action-learning courses
that pursue specific organizational issues in “real
time” fashion.
• Evaluation
We make use of both formative and summative evaluation
approaches, employing both internal (i.e., reaction
and learning) and external (i.e., behavior and impact)
criteria.
