Our Approach to Individual Assessments

With more than 40 years of experience, Organization Development Consultants, Inc. (ODC) provides
a strong foundation in assessment psychology to our
clients.
Our focus is on the world of work. As
I/O psychologists we use employment screening and selection
tests to help our clients learn more about:
- themselves,
- their employees, or
- prospective employees.
We assess a person's:
- knowledge
- skills
- abilities
- behavioral attributes:
- motivation
- personality
- interests
What sets Organization Development Consultants, Inc. (ODC) apart is our capability
and willingness to tailor our assessment process to
the specific needs of the client; there is no predetermined
set of tests or process. We work with our clients to
determine what they need and what is best for the organization's
culture and environment. To assure that the outcome
of testing is applicable to the job, we often do a job
analysis to better define the scope of the job and more
reliably predict job performance.
Individual assessments (i.e., job trait
assessments) are an effective way to learn much about
a candidate in a brief period of time. The individual
completes selected written instruments (surveys, tests,
questionnaires) and participates in a personal interview.
A report is generated that highlights the individual's
strengths and weaknesses relative to the previously
identified requirements.
