Mr. Rolfe Nervig is responsible for business development for Organization Development Consultants, Inc. (ODC) (ODC). Organization Development Consultants, Inc. (ODC) offers an array of services in the areas of organization development, assessment, and learning that help clients to become high performance organizations.
For over two decades, Mr. Nervig has facilitated organization improvement, teamwork promotion, and human resource development in a variety of business and non-profit organizations. His career has included management experience in human service organizations and, more recently, sales management in the technology sector. In each of his professional and voluntary involvements, he has been a catalyst for positive change, improved performance, and strategic direction.
During more than fifteen years in sales and sales management, Mr. Nervig has won national awards for sales achievement. Under his direction, a technical sales force grew market share to become a dominant solution provider throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois, while becoming an industry sales leader both regionally and nationally.
Mr. Nervig earned a master’s degree from Hamma School of Theology. His bachelor’s degree is from Luther College.
