Dr. John F. Schesta is a consulting psychologist with Organization Development Consultants, Inc. (ODC), Inc. He specializes in assessing and enhancing performance potential in individuals and organizations. He possesses extensive experience as an internal and external consultant and manager.
Dr. Schesta’s professional activities include psychological and career assessment, management development, organizational surveys, individual coaching, and outplacement counseling. He has worked as an individual contributor and manager in both private and public organizations, and in both profit and nonprofit sectors of the economy.
Dr. Schesta has taught a number of undergraduate, graduate, continuing education, seminar/workshop, and in-service courses related to industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology, behavior change, goal setting, and individual and organizational behavior management.
Dr. Schesta earned his terminal degree in counseling psychology at the University of Missouri and his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is licensed as a psychologist in the State of Wisconsin.
