Ms.
Dr. Raymond Schultz is a Consultant with Organization Development Consultants, Inc. (ODC), Inc. He possesses more than
twenty years of experience designing and implementing
educational and information development activities and
workshops for working professionals in business, education,
and health care, for both the private and public sectors.
His
specialization is instructional systems design. He has
designed specialized learning experiences at the seminar,
workshop, course, program, and degree levels for community
colleges, major universities, and small and medium sized
businesses. Incorporating systems perspectives, he employs
the principles of continuous progress and iterative
programming.
Dr.
Schultz professional experience includes academic leadership
positions with the University of Alberta, Cardinal Stritch
University, and Edgewood College. At each of these institutions,
drawing upon his expertise in adult learning programming,
his responsibilities included providing leadership for
the assessment, development, improvement, and expansion
of Graduate Programs and Adult and Professional Studies.
He
earned his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees
at The University of Wisconsin. He is currently Secretary
of the Faculty and Academic Staff, The University of
