Measurement and evaluation

It has been said that, "What gets measured, gets done."  At ODC, we offer program evaluation and statistical analysis services to clients in support of balanced scorecard (i.e., people, processes, customers and financials), return on investment (ROI), and impact on business (IOB) initiatives.  Recognizing that data and information typically exist within an organization, we work with our clients to identify and measure key performance indicators (KPI's) at the individual, team or work area, and organizational levels.  Encompassing both formative (i.e., internal) and summative (i.e., external) indicators, help identify relationships among important organizational variables, allowing for improved problem solving, decision making, and resource allocating.
