HISTORY

Founded in 1994, ODC celebrates our 25th year of continuous operation in 2019. Over the years, we have been privileged to provide professional services to over 1,000 organizational clients of all sizes from many employment sectors, including non-profit organizations, and churches/faith-based organizations. While we have learned many lessons along the way, perhaps the most important one is that excellence is achievable by operating with integrity, working hard, persisting in the face of adversity, and always treating others the way they wish to be treated (i.e., providing outstanding service that meets their needs on their terms, not some of the time, but all of the time!).

Epicetus, a Greek philosopher, observed, “Tentative efforts lead to tentative outcomes. Therefore, give yourself fully to your endeavors. Decide to construct your character through excellent actions and determine to pay the price of a worthy goal. The trials you encounter will introduce you to your strengths. Remain steadfast . . . and one day you will build something that endures: something worthy of your potential.”
