Dr. Christine Harness is a Consultant with ODC. She brings over fifteen years of professional experience to her work with corporate clients. In addition to her affiliation with ODC, she maintains a private practice focusing on providing outpatient services to individuals, couples, and families.

Dr. Harness has extensive experience with a wide number of training and assessment instruments, including: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator; Hogan assessment tools; Lominger’s Career Architect, Team Architect, and Voices programs; and, Wilson Learning’s Social Styles and Supervisory Leadership Series.

Dr. Harness is a contributing author and the primary editor of an industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology college text published by McGraw Hill and in use nationally. In addition, she has taught a variety of psychology courses over a period of 10 years at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Marquette University, and Cardinal Stritch University.

Dr. Harness holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and has extensive experience in the areas of I/O psychology and employee and organization development. She is a licensed psychologist in Wisconsin
