Dr. Trevor Nagle, Ph.D. is a Consultant with Organization Development Consultants, Inc. (ODC). He possesses more than fifteen years of experience as an internal and external organizational development (OD) consultant. He has designed and implemented training and development and change leadership activities for public, private, and non-profit leaders and workforces.
Dr. Nagle has particular expertise in the development of leadership programs, multi-rater assessments, organizational culture audits, and the application of workforce engagement interventions for both internal employees and independent sales forces. Leveraging a solid systems orientation for organizations, he focuses on providing data-driven and measurement-based solutions for clients.
Dr. Nagle is a veteran of both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy, having served as an infantry scout, a Russian linguist, and a training manager for more than a decade. Additionally his professional experiences include academic positions with Edgewood College (Madison, WI) and Deerfield Academy (Massachusetts), along with training and development leadership roles within medium-sized and Fortune 500 corporations.
Dr. Nagle holds a terminal degree (Industrial & Organizational Psychology), a Master in Public Administration, and an undergraduate degree in Political Science. He conducts on-going research into military veterans issues, leadership, and risk-taking.
