Team Development Survey

ODC makes use of a Team Development Survey (TDS), focused on the 12 keys to an effective team.  The TDS includes closed- and open-ended items that consider two perspectives: (1) current performance and (2) future importance.

  • Effective teams are essential building blocks for organizational effectiveness.

  • A thorough report that readily identifies the team’s strengths and developmental areas and includes suggestions for improving performance in the future. The TDS sets the stage for future team development activities such as team chartering and action planning.
